2 tsp Ikie matcha powder

60 ml (¼ cup) hot water (80°C / 176°F)

2–3 scoops vanilla or coconut ice cream

Optional: honey drizzle, crushed nuts
Steps

Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.

Place ice cream scoops in chilled glasses.

Pour matcha over ice cream.
