Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 tsp Ikie matcha powder

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) hot water (80°C / 176°F)

  • 2–3 scoops vanilla or coconut ice cream

  • Optional: honey drizzle, crushed nuts

Steps

  1. Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.

  2. Place ice cream scoops in chilled glasses.

  3. Pour matcha over ice cream.

  4. Garnish with honey or nuts. Serve immediately.
