Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

1 tsp Ikie matcha powder

60 ml (¼ cup) hot water (80°C / 176°F)

200 ml (1 cup) milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

50 g (¼ cup) white chocolate (chopped or chips)

Whipped cream (optional)

Matcha powder or white chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Steps

Whisk the Matcha – Sift matcha into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until smooth and frothy.

Melt the Chocolate – Warm milk in a saucepan (don’t boil). Add white chocolate and stir until melted and creamy.

Combine – Pour whisked matcha into a mug. Slowly stir in the white chocolate milk.

Serve – Top with whipped cream, a dusting of matcha, or white chocolate shavings. Enjoy warm!
