FAQs

How do I make the perfect Matcha?

Add 1 tsp (2g) of Ikie Matcha to your bowl. Pour 70ml of hot water (not boiling — around 70–80°C). Whisk in a W or M motion until frothy. Sip and enjoy.

How long does delivery take?

We ship pan-India. Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days.

Why is Matcha better than coffee?

Matcha contains L-theanine which gives calm, focused energy — no jitters, no crash. Plus 10x more antioxidants than regular green tea.

Does it have any side effects?

Matcha is safe for most people. If you're sensitive to caffeine, start with half a serving. Avoid on an empty stomach if you have acidity.

How much matcha per day?

1–2 servings per day is ideal. Each serving is about 1 tsp (2g).

Is this real Japanese Matcha?

Yes. Ikie Matcha is sourced directly from Shizuoka, Japan — shade-grown and stone-ground for authentic ceremonial quality.
