Matcha Smoothie: A Refreshing Boost of Energy & Antioxidants

Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 1 tsp Ikie matcha powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)

  • Optional: spinach/kale, honey/maple syrup, ice cubes

Steps

  1. Blend banana, milk, and yogurt (plus greens if using).

  2. Add matcha and blend until smooth.

  3. Adjust sweetness if desired.

  4. Serve chilled, topped with seeds or granola.
