Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 tsp Ikie matcha powder

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) hot water (80°C / 176°F)

  • 180 ml (¾ cup) milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • Sweetener (honey, maple, or vanilla syrup – optional)

Steps

  1. Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth.

  2. Heat or froth milk (warm for hot latte, cold for iced).

  3. Pour matcha into a mug and add milk.

  4. Sweeten if desired. Serve hot or over ice.
