60 ml (¼ cup) hot water (80°C / 176°F)

180 ml (¾ cup) milk (dairy or plant-based)

Sweetener (honey, maple, or vanilla syrup – optional)
Steps

Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth.

Heat or froth milk (warm for hot latte, cold for iced).

Pour matcha into a mug and add milk.
