60 ml (¼ cup) hot water (80°C / 176°F)

200 ml (1 cup) chilled soda water

Sweetener (honey, agave, or syrup – optional)

Ice cubes, lemon/lime slices (optional garnish)
Steps

Whisk matcha with hot water until frothy.

Sweeten if desired.

Fill a glass with ice and pour in matcha.
