✅ Eligible Returns

  • Damaged or tampered packaging upon delivery.

  • Wrong product received.

  • Quality issues (if proven with photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used matcha packs (due to hygiene & freshness concerns).

  • Products purchased during flash sales or special promotions (non-refundable unless damaged).

💰 Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved returns are eligible for full refund or free replacement.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • For replacements, shipping is free of charge.
